First time dungeon master advice.

So i recently started running a campaign set in a custom universe. Im running it in person. Does anyone have any advice for engaging players that isnt very obvious to a first time Dm?

Downloaded and set up this app while waiting on a hose. Ah, and this is my office view. Idk thought itd be cool i guess
