3D sunset project PT.1

The sun part for a sunset 3d mural I'm working on. I took a Wooden disk, painted the background, then traced a stencil on and filled it in with permanent marker. I need to get a clear sealer for it.

Working with fondant for the first time tomorrow. I'm gonna make a raspberry and lemon cake with the overwatch logo made out of fondant on top. I don't think I'll cover the entire cake in fondant.
