Just added a new ultralight tent to my collection - Durston Xdome. Can't wait to take her out. I can't be the only one who digs sleeping in the woods? Some of my fav spots are in New York State (edited)

a dig in a cave

a throwback to that time i went with a team to excavate a cave in the middle of the desert. i froze at night, definitely need a new tent. 🥹

Winter camping

That’s how we protect from wind, you build a snow wall around the tent, as well as around the designated latrine

My drying umbrella is a great cat tent apparently ☂️🌧

Padre Island

Spent a whole month camped right off the shores while working for wildlife conservation last year. Even had neighbors with the ants i put my tent right ontop of.
