When is it to soon for someone to ask you for favors?

I met someone a few weeks ago and there asking for my Netflix password and wanting to use my Amazon account. I thought is was weird, but am I being weird and selfish? I asked what kinda perks did they have for me to use? Maybe I'm tripping! What are your thoughts?
