Goma-ae Salad. This version has been modified to include kale, traditionally with a sesame sake dressing, this has tahini.

A simple, delicious, and refreshing side-dish/salad. This is a modified version as it doesn't traditionally have kale in it, and its made usually with a sesame sake sauce. This Japanese inspired side-dish is super healthy and rich in nutrients and packs a ton of antioxidants, I recommend leaving it refrigerated for 8 hours or more as well as overnight, it allows the flavors to develop. I used a tiny bit of pink himalayan salt at the end, their is no MSG added to it.

I found this restaurant quite a long ago that serves nice vegetarian indian breakfast, it came with combos that allows you to taste more than one food at a time and I absolutely loved it, well sadly now the restaurant is closed, but I do hope i will find something similar like this again.

Vegan Mac and cheese
3/4 cups cashews (not roasted or salted)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup milk (more for creamier)
1/4 teaspoons fine sea salt
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4teaspoon turmeric
1/4 cayenne pepper 
2 cups Elbow or shell pasta of choice

Vegan bacon seasoning 

1/8 cup tamari
1 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Freshly ground black pepper

How We Digest Plants:
We can't. Our stomach is acidic and geared for protein and fat digestion, not cellulose.

Humans excel at digesting fats, and proteins.

So no. We are not like these animals. Our digestive system is built and designed for meat.

Vegan dinner 😋

Delicious hummus, made with ingredients typically found over 9,000 years ago.

My own homemade hummus, inspired by ingredients that where common over an eon (10,000 years) ago, chickpeas where found being cultivated over 9,900 years ago. Make sure to refridgerate at least 2 hours until its cold and stir it every 15 minutes to develop the flavors. I'm keeping my spice blend a secret in hopes I can maybe one day look back at this and make a future cookbook. This is best served with a flatbread or a dipping carbohydrate of personal choice. I've got a gluten intolerance so I personally had my hummus with rice crackers.

The plan was to do 225 for 4 sets. Just working on form and get back into the motion. That was The PLAN! Sometimes I'm a bad listener and needed to see what I could do without straps. That was 275! 🤣🤣 ( Nothing impressive) I did go back to 225 to do another set after. 
I love deadlifts. Some of my favorite stuff to do is deads and power clean! Maybe next week I'll do some light cleans with solid front squats. I might even stick to the plan and stay light!
