It's been a minute. Homemade vegan chcocolate ice cream!

Delicious hummus, made with ingredients typically found over 9,000 years ago.

My own homemade hummus, inspired by ingredients that where common over an eon (10,000 years) ago, chickpeas where found being cultivated over 9,900 years ago. Make sure to refridgerate at least 2 hours until its cold and stir it every 15 minutes to develop the flavors. I'm keeping my spice blend a secret in hopes I can maybe one day look back at this and make a future cookbook. This is best served with a flatbread or a dipping carbohydrate of personal choice. I've got a gluten intolerance so I personally had my hummus with rice crackers.

I found this restaurant quite a long ago that serves nice vegetarian indian breakfast, it came with combos that allows you to taste more than one food at a time and I absolutely loved it, well sadly now the restaurant is closed, but I do hope i will find something similar like this again.

1. Turtle / Tortoise

How They Digest Plants:
Turtles and tortoises use hindgut fermentation. While they have a single-chambered stomach, the large intestine and cecum host microbes that break down tough plant fibers like cellulose.

Special Adaptation:
Their digestion is slow but efficient, relying on time and microbes rather than mechanical complexity.

How They Digest Plants:
Gorillas are hindgut fermenters too. They have a large, sacculated colon and cecum filled with cellulose-digesting microbes.

Special Adaptation:
They eat large amounts of fibrous plants and ferment them in the lower gut to extract energy from cellulose and resistant starches.

3. Elephant

How They Digest Plants:
Elephants are hindgut fermenters like the others. Fermentation of plant material occurs mainly in their enlarged cecum and colon.

Special Adaptation:
Because their digestion is inefficient (~40% efficiency), they eat massive quantities of vegetation daily to meet their energy needs.

4. Humans

Number of Stomachs: 1

How We Digest Plants:
We can't. Our stomach is acidic and geared for protein and fat digestion, not cellulose.

Special Adaptation:
Humans excel at digesting fats, and proteins.

So no. We are not like these animals. Our digestive system is built and designed for meat.

On their profile it said that they were looking for someone who respected animals. Pretty soon they asked what they thought of buying meat with better life labels on it. I told them that those labels are just there to make people feel better about buying meat.
They said something like well i would respect if someone switched from buying cheap meat to meat with a better life label. I put that in a human context and asked if they would respect someone for no longer beating their partner with a metal rod but using they hands now. They did not like that and unmatched me after giving more excuses. 

Please respect animals, oh no not like that. 😔
