Just love this city in the evening, nothing better than an evening stroll.
Lovely view for an evening walk
Went on an evening walk with my best mate and his newborn. Was a lovely way to spend an hour as the sun went down (edited)
Blea Tarn and Woods
Back up the Side Gates Road of great peril to Blea Tarn for a mooch about in the woods there. As per usual, mushrooms, cold water and some excellent driving skills 😅
I took a little walk yesterday 😎

Walking along the rivers and canals in Leicester and Leicestershire. This was 13 miles today
Wythburn and Birkside Ghyll
Wonderful woods full of fairy glens and little streams and mushrooms galore. Let me know if you can identify any of these, some were huge!

18.65km walk
I went for an 18.65km walk today. I left at 4:17am and for about 45 mins or so I was walking in darkness without a street light to guide me. The photos where I was on the beach were taken at about 6am, hence the poor lighting.

My latest walk
I've persisted in my habit of walking every 2 days and today, I went for a 14.35 km walk (my previous walk before this was only 12km). Most of the way I was within 10 metres of the beach. And luckily today, unlike Thursday, it was a beautiful clear day. I wish I could attach more photos to this… read more
