You wouldn't believe whay they're charging for lighthouses these days!!! Just your typical wizard to be wanting to impress the local witches, sorceresses, and fey beingings with my massive tower. Have my own orbs, tomes, and scrolls. Wouldn't mind a familiar to split the rent.
