Alma was not just an accomplished actress, but also an influential drama teacher. Many of her students went on to become successful actors and actresses in their own right. Her legacy lives on through the numerous awards and honors she received throughout her career, including the Austrian Cross of Merit for Science and Art, which was awarded to her in 1957. Alma Seidler is remembered as one of Austria's most talented actresses, and as a fighter who refused to let the oppressive forces of her time stifle her love for her craft.
