Forgotten pokemon

So with over 1000 of these guys running around, I'm sure there are people like me that see a pokemon and completely forgot that pokemon existed up to that point. For me that honor goes to budew. (most recently anyway) roserade is one of my favorite grass types, but roselia is always available to catch somewhere. So I forget that little budew even exists. What about you? Have you ever seen a pokemon and said to yourself "what the hell is that thing? It must be new. No? It debuted 15years ago?"
