David Scarboro was a British actor who was best known for his role as Mark Fowler in the British drama series, EastEnders. Scarboro was born on August 12, 1968, in Harlow, Essex, England, to his parents who were both involved in the performing arts field. He began his acting career early on, taking up roles in stage productions and establishing himself as a promising young talent.
In 1985, Scarboro got his breakthrough role in EastEnders, playing the character of Mark Fowler, son of the show's matriarch, Pauline Fowler.
