A friendly reminder to take time for yourself.

Walking in nature and meditating. This will allow your Fe to rest and Ni to activate inwards helping you gain insights and find your true self. Not the mask or people pleasing persona that may sometimes show.

If you find yourself indulging in mild addictions (phone, over partying, over stimulation) it could be your unconsciously using child Se to distract from an underlying emotion. Notice a pattern it may be useful to point to something deeper!

Take time to think of your vision during your disconnect time. And don't rush it! Write it down and work backwards using your Ti step by step on how to achieve it! 🌏

Look after yourself, make sure your cup is full and then help others unlock their unique gifts and potentials! 🚀

And my advice for you would be ( start now , you never fail until you stop trying, don’t let yourself down and there’s no one walking in the same path as you,and has the same qualifications as you and has gone through the same situations that you have gone through. So don’t compare yourself

My ENFJ hack, these days, is to avoid / get away from toxic people that drain my Fe energy. Also trying to keep my Ti activated so that it does not allow my Fe to tolerate toxicity for long.                                                                                          I am also reading a book called "Power of Now". It is helping to find inner peace by showing me how to be fully present in every moment.                                                                                                                                 Plus prayer.
