Let's talk about feelings: do you agree that very little is known about emotional intelligence? Very different from the rational one, this type of awareness concerns a real education for emotion and individual and relational management. In fact, most people have never been educated to empathy or simple, I would put in the perspective of the other. He does not know how to manage a crisis, whether is personal or couple. Especially in the current world, those who are smart is rewarded and those who manage to manage the situations with nonchalance, taking advantage of it. And this, of course, pours into everyday relationships, where others are nothing but means to achieve goals.
Sometimes this also happens unconsciously and with the best intentions, in order to protect yourself, because basically, nobody explains it to us. It is normalized behavior and aimed at one's ego: a social reflection.
So, what would be a way to encourage culture in this sense? Clearly, beyond the personal, psychological work

I don't think empathy can be taught, it's an innate characteristic, if you don't have it it's practically impossible to learn

Why impossible? I believe that like any learning, it should be enhanced even if there are those who are born with a greater predisposition
