Most people are very concern about other people's type of relationship (either femme, asexual, heteronormative and etc) at the workplace instead of just fully focus on the task given. Which is more important to you? Being loved or feeling safe?

The question is too general for me to answer. If based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, safety is important. If based on dimension, being loved is important as the antonym of love is hate. I know that I am loved when someone is naturally vibe/ match with my type of mode and left no room for misunderstanding.
