Soups and stews are my therapy

Making broth from scratch to assembly and garnish. The universe always delivers the opportunity to make soup whenever I need to veg out and feel better. Something I did a few years ago at an old place. Carbonnade with some Potato Croquettes.

Short walk today.

I'm on day five of migraine this week, so the walk today was a short one. There's a few hundred meters there's no street lights due to some construction work, so I wore a head torch along with my usual assembly of hi-viz 😂

What's your favourite dessert and what do you like about it?
