🫠 Seems my sourdough starter's problem is that it's too acidic!

Apparently that's keeping the yeast dormant and making the starter bacteria-dominant. Gonna keep troubleshooting 🥖 Shout out to my fellow sourdough bakers, hope everyone's yeasts are doing good
