New software rollout.

My team is having new software rolled out tomorrow, I'm expecting lots of work the next few days as I'm likely to get lots of troubleshooting calls, and a lot of my team depends on me. Here's the thing, I've probably got 12 hours more of training than the others, so I just do what my surname suggests and just wing it.
