My current book

Assistant to the Villian 3rd book is on audible now and I am hyped! The author is a TikToker who made her posts into a series book about a villain and his assistant. Anyone who loves a slow burn will humor , fantasy, and a golden retriever black cat relationship will love this! I have no shame in admitting how much I love the series and what the author  Hannah Nicole Maehrer has done.

So it's falling into the same category as movies, tv shows, and video games (Music is slightly different on that end). Reboots or remakes of older content. I wonder if we are going to start seeing books being rewritten (Which I guess some books they could fix some plot holes and whatnot) ... Oh i hope that doesn't give them ideas.

I mainly listen to paranormal romance or young adult paranormal books and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend me and offer that falls along the lines of Anne Rice, PC and Kristin cast, Rochelle Mead, all the really awkward teen coming of age vampire books. I'm kind of getting tired of listening to the same books over and over again and as of late it's mostly been Lindsay sand, Patricia Briggs and Jeanine Frost

Currently listening to Baby City by Freida McFadden & Kelley Stoddard — and I’m loving it. Freida McFadden has quickly become one of my favorite authors (right up there with James Patterson). I’m only about a third in but already loveing it. If you’re into audiobooks or good stories with strong characters and a bit of wild drama, we’ll probably get along. Bonus points if you love suspense, mystery, crime, realistic fiction or romance.

Ppl who listen to audiobooks where do you listen to them for free? I currently use Hoopla and I've tried Libby. Hoopla is nice but you only get so many per month. Libby you have request to borrow them.

I love love loooove a series called The Expeditionary Force by Nicolas Sansbury Smith. The narrator is R. C. Bray and he just does the story so much justice

My current audiobook

So about a year ago now my ex (Holly) moved out. Then almost immediately audible started advertising this audiobook. Perfect timing for what was going on in my life. Plenty of jokes about timing of this advertisement. My favorite "no thanks Mr. King I already survived this horror story."

Also saw a post that it's Stephen King's bday so happy birthday to him (if it's accurate)
