Just finished Fantastic reference material Not an all encompassing read but the author did their best to state when and where they weren't as knowledgeable when giving examples of different culture's spiritual practices' Not a "beginner to energy work/craft" book. More intermediate I would say

Narration!

While I love certain narrators more than others, isn't there something special about the author reading their own book? Like Yahtzee Croshaw and Arin Hanson, Jennette McCurdy, and obviously David Sedaris.
