He’s been swimming into my hand since I got him and he’s always tried to bite my thumb off to eat (he has no teeth so it doesn’t hurt), but now we have befriended the thumb and look to it for boops and very light snoot rubs lol

I finally got my new little roomie. Love this little dude so much.

Much better than humans, who can grow back their legs a total of zero times.

Axolotls are able to regrow their limbs, tail, gills, brain and heart in just a few weeks. They can grow it back perfectly up to 5 times. (edited)
