Crazy how the body works

If I don't get enough sleep, I need to wear a coat/jacket in the walk-in fridge I work in because my body doesn't generate much heat. Otherwise I'm a walking heater lol

150lbs!

From 162 to 150lb in 4 months, up 20lbs on my deadlift and squats and 10lbs on just about everything else. On track for 15% body fat and toned physique by august. Its gotten difficult now though and im not sure why. Maybe I meed to reasses my diet? Regardless, lets goooo!
