Am I really that hard to love? Why is it that whenever I'm the one struggling, I end up becoming your coping mechanism? Just because I'm always smiling and always saying, "I'm okay," doesn't mean I don't get hurt. It's exhausting always being the one who understands. Lol, just needed to vent. 🙂

What do you do to cope with stress and frustration from people and life?

Genuinely starting to believe most people in my life are nuts and I’m trying not to crash out 😭 I have coping skills, but my goodness, are they being put to the test
