I definitely believe certain foods affect our dreams.

As an insomniac I have always been prone to vivid dreams, in my sleepless state. However, I have noticed that dairy and spicy foods do increase the effect of those dreams, both of which I tend to have a lot of 🫠 And I won't stop!!!! 👀😆
