How do you switch between friends and dating here? Right now I just want to make friends

Does anyone know what am supposed to do?

I was the mom of our friend group and its breaking apart and a part of me is still thinking i can fix it but ik for a fact i cant. And idk what to do cuz am so used to making sure the group is together and now what?

Friend group

This has been my friend group for about 7 or 8 years. We actually all hated each other but then as the years went by we ended up becoming the best of friends😂 and here we are 8 years later. Is that weird? Has it happened to anyone else??
