Don't agree, with multilingual is enough to read this text. For a multilingual you've the 2 or more languages at the same level of knowledge.yo're able to speak fluently in at least 2 languages without needing to try to translate while speaking/writing; even when there's multiple people and each one speak a different language and maintain a conversation with them (speaking 1 Lang and the others other language without changing language or changing language depending who you're answering). Quite common in certain countries
