4yLearning Multiple Languages
Hello, hi. I am slightly dumb and am learning 3 languages at once and would like advice from anyone who does speak multiple languages on how to manage it all. Anything and everything is appreciated! Said languages: Arabic (I have a bit of prior experience with), Chinese (Started this year probably improving the best on as of right now), and Spanish (Least amount of practice speaking, but pretty good at reading lol)

I'd say it's almost impossible to really learn 3 languages at once and come out the other end fluent or conversational. It depends on how much time you have. You'd need to do all the things you'd do for one language on a daily basis, for all 3 of them. Practice vocabulary (apps like Duolingo and others are good for this), practice writing, practice speaking, practice translating recorded speech (I've seen YouTube videos for Spanish where a guy records cool news stories and has you try to translate, then works through it with you). I'd block it into time slots like "Chinese 12pm-2pm, Arabic 3-5, Spanish 6-8" or whatever times and lengths work for you. It may be beneficial with vocab if you learn the same word in all languages at once. You'd have to experiment with that. God speed you crazy person (teasing).

I do not recommend learning multiple languages at once. Learn one at a time. Ur head will be mush if u do. Because Ur brain needs to switch back and forth between languages and certain languages don't translate well between each other because they have different systems. Trust me I speak both Cantonese and English and the language u speak most becomes most dominant anyway.
