teach the non dominant side of your body to write. One side of the brain is logic One side is creative You must use them both evenly. Spend more time with only your non dominant eye open. When you write words start from the outside on both side and work your way to the middle of the word. EX. H y Ha ly Hap ily Happily That way both sides of your brain can identify where the word 'happily' is. This way that info doesn't have to be sent to the non dominant side. The non dominant side will already know. This is a brain exercise that helps you show that unhappy person inside you that you care about them. Half of you doesn't have a voice. Either the logical is dominant or the creative. They can live together if they both got to speak. But the dominant side is always getting the light while the non Dom doesn't get to do anything. It's like that part of you is a child that never grew up and is so unhappy it screams all the time. Teach that child to write. Show them you are willing to close your dominant eye and allow this side of your brain to be the main information center. If you treat it better. It will be there when you need them the most. So if you need guidance. Show your other half that it can trust you and you won't forget about it when things get good for you. Then Then it will give you the answers you seek.
