Could we have more niche love languages than the 5 we already have?

Personally I think there's more to love languages than the 5 we were told exist. Like sending songs or making a playlist with the words your mouth fails to say is so much better than saying you just wanna touch each other.

What is the truth

I've been having a hard time trying to distinguish if someone could be right with saying bad stuff about you, Or if you should just ignore it. Been having some people just bad mouth me. (edited)
