Biggest challenge when you are trying to switch field
I have been working as a marketing and sales professional for over 5 years, and been in IT for just under 2 years before I got laid off. While I am keen on going for business analyst role, which is like the best of both world IT and business, the employers and recruiters are always keen on convincing me to get back to marketing again.

Can't sleep at night
It has been a while since I can't sleep well at night. I asked myself, do I have insomnia? Then after digging a bit I found the root cause. I am drinking coffee at night, and I still am drinking coffee right now while posting this.
