I tried the 5am club. It works for many. But I’ve learned women thrive when they honor their hormonal cycles, not fight them. So I live a little more intuitively now and a lot more peacefully. For me, honoring my cycle changed everything.

Little old friend

One of the best things about walking back home from the gym is meeting the local pets. This one is an old friend that used to live nearby the gym place, but was adopted by someone who lives in the same street. People call him "Negão", and he's very friendly 🥰

I live in South Australia and like spending time at the beach & river. I take a lot of photos and then mix it all together, add imagination and come up with a scene. It's naive art. I started painting one year ago after a bad breakup.

I really wanna escape employment and just live off-grid ,grow my food ,generate my own power, have my own natural water source .Grow my own food and not pay rent just my house built , one day !
