Work From Home and Streaming Balance

I work from home five days a week, 8 hours a day, and I'd like to stream more too but means I am stuck at my desk for HOURS. Anyone find the right balance? How do you manage your time when as a someone who works full time from home but also stream for fun? (edited)

Starting over

I lost my twitch account. So I had to make a new one despite not wanting to. But I miss making friends and playing games for people. The name of it is Zorido_Nanariku.
