What is the best way to manifest?

For me I like to use drums, Incesnse, paper to write messages, pay attention to the moon cycle, get intune with my desires and body. Takes care of my health and happyness. Crystals, tarot, herbs, all that stuff. I like montras to get my kind in tune with my desire. Wby?? (edited)
