What Pokemon did you catch that was your first ever Shiny?

Looking for wild encounters, not scripted (Red Gyarados). My first ever shiny was a Hoothoot in Pokemon Crystal. Caught within my first 30mins of playing the game. It was my first Pokemon game ever, and first run. I was elated as a child lol.

What is everyone's opinion on hollywood's raceswapping existing characters? My own opinion i'd rather have a good new movie with cultural relevance then a lazily scripted movie where the biggest change is the apearance/race of the actors
