Can anyone tell me what's the best place from where languages can be learnt ? Also tell me what language i should try learning first. Spanish French Italian Russian Mandarin I have tried learning Spanish from Duolingo but later stopped. (edited)

There's a few of these very beautiful ducks around here. The most I have observed at any one time is six. Not a very common sight given the native population is not high. Taken a while back. (edited)
