Need some advice.

Trying an acrylic pour on some greatful dead mushrooms… it’s turning to mud I know the shape isn’t flat is there a way to help reduce it from occurring. Should I remove and retry, or third do a second pour and see how it covers. Idk this stuff is out of my wheelhouse.
