It's sad reading the news, sometimes.. especially online where it is inundated by comments from the small minds..
It makes it harder not to get infuriated.. I feel happy when I see the good side and then annoyed when I see all the trolls and prejudiced people.. It's easy to forget that the real world is less like that, than it seems.. I have genuinely spent times reading articles and comments and wondered… read more

Wire wrapping
I recently took up wire wrapping. I'm currently going through grief while bad news after bad news is just hitting me lately. But once I was wire wrapping, I finally was able to just shut it all out and be. I'm very proud of how my first few works turned out even if they are flawed.

Unfortunate stream news
I'm more braindead than I want to be and I really don't feel like forcing concentration. I think I'll do a make-up stream later in the week but if not I'll see you Wednesday!

I Have Fab News!
Fantastic News: it is a papiloma, a benign tumor. No cancer! The size is smaller than what they generally do surgery on. It was 8mm then 11mm and she offered to surgically have it removed, but I declined. I am content knowing it is benign and considered to be low-risk. Follow-up is mammograms… read more

Today hasn’t been a very good day for me. I received two pieces of news that really shook me to my core. I’ve spent so much time building myself up, trying to stay strong and stand tall after all the storms I’ve been through. But today, those two pieces of news made me lose confidence in myself… read more

And then my brother's father-in-law also died, so there were two wake services for us to go to. I thank the Lord for giving us… read more

Your view of the world
I see a lot of posts saying something along the lines of: "There are no good men/women left in the world." I'm scientifically trained, so statements like that have always sat strangely with me. There are more than 8 billion people alive today. Billions upon billions more have lived, loved,… read more
