Ive recently learned about something called the Default Mode Network

its something that your brain activates when you're bored and have nothing to do

Its basically like fasting for your brain, and it feels like torture but really its how your brain cleans itself (similar to autophagy for fasting)

So in order to really find peace, you actually do have to be alone with that Default Mode for a time

I know that sounds like agony, but think about it... you've come this far...
