Food Diary # 470

Simple rice and salmon in spices (salt, pepper, sumac, paprika, garlic powder, chilli flakes, herbes de provence and lemon) 🤌🏻

If you have celiac disease and see these in any Lithuanian store grab them because they don't have gluten and are Provence herb flavored.

My favorite are with jerky, but there are also flavors such as banana, for the tea, salted peanuts and blue mold cheese (this one is my second favorite). These chips are like very thin wafer chips with flavor mixed in in the batter.

Chicken Bacon Cheddar Mac

The left over half of Chicken Bacon Cheddar Mac with plain Green Beans. Chicken had just Salt and Pepper The Bacon was covered in dry minced Onion, dry minced Garlic, and Herbes de Provence. As the Bacon released fat, the onion and garlic absorbed it, getting hydrated/lightly fried.
