Depression and I have been amigos for as long as I can remember but recently it gotten so out of control like saying I’m at rock bottom is an understatement and I’m really out of options😭

I can safely say this is the most depressed and hopeless I’ve ever been, any advice?🥲

It's difficult learning to accept and especially love yourself, but I'll get there.

I discovered something cool on TikTok! Haha 😄 It's called Notebook LM – kind of like ChatGPT AI, but the best part is you can turn your document into a podcast! Wish I’d known about this earlier; it would’ve been perfect as material for my lectures. 😅

I booked a tour as a joiner (INFJ here and alone, no friends with me so I'll be with strangers really) just to make changes in my life somehow (as a form of retreat after breakup with an INTP because I'm still into him WTFH) and it'll be on the 28th -29th but man, I'm shaking just thinking about it. I literally  cried just the thought of it. I just wanna feel human again HAHAHA 😭 My anxietyyyyy. 
The panic attacks I'm getting is seriously eating me up 😭

He said that the recipe for a break up is putting your own needs above or before the needs of the relationship. I argue that there can be no relationship if you don't put yourself first because you can not participate fully in the relationship if you're not taking care of yourself. That's not to say that you should be self-centered or incredibly selfish, but the term responsible selfishness comes to mind. Also, if you want to be in a relationship then your own needs serve the relationship and vice versa. Right? What are your thoughts?

Personally, I never engage with negative remarks; I simply delete them and bl0ck the person. I encourage everyone to adopt the same approach. By collectively refusing to entertain and engage with negativity, we can contribute to a more positive and respectful online community. Let's make our B00 space better by creating kindness and understanding.
