7I'm feeling very sad all of sudden like my heart is sinking and for no reason thoughts are coming into my mind that we all will be old helpless and d!i!e one day so what's the point and who will protect the things animals or people who are dear to us why this l!f!e was given in first place
If everything has to come an end. Idk why these feelings are coming to me and these thoughts Have any of you experience random burst of thoughts and such emotions? And how do you know what causing it? And how to deal with it???
