August 6th will be 3 months sober, no alcohol. Think I am starting to regain weight again, not being sick all the time...but my mind is still shot, still feel i have lost my mind and sometimes it seems I am getting worse but I remember how much worse it really was when not sober. I've had some slip ups in the past but tomorrow May 6th I will celebrate a year of sobriety. I not only did it for myself but for others to be accountable and for the desire to have good relationships with friends and family again
