August 6th will be 3 months sober, no alcohol. Think I am starting to regain weight again, not being sick all the time...but my mind is still shot, still feel i have lost my mind and sometimes it seems I am getting worse but I remember how much worse it really was when not sober. I've had some slip ups in the past but tomorrow May 6th I will celebrate a year of sobriety. I not only did it for myself but for others to be accountable and for the desire to have good relationships with friends and family again

1It hasn’t been easy…
But it has been damn rewarding. The amount of courage, love and gratitude gained from this new chapter of my life is so rewarding. I’ll show up for my self everyday and keep doing so day in, and day out.
