It's sad how paradoxical assumptions are.

If you're bad at something, people assume you can't do it.

If you're good at something, people assume it's easy for you.

Very few people consider how much is behind, or ahead of a person, that that person could do better, or that they've been worse.

Not just skills, but habits as well.  Someone who talks too much, maybe used to talk too little, and vise versa.  Someone who's too honest, may not just naturally be that way, it could be the effort they make to be understood, but people don't see the effort, they just see someone who rambles, and blurts things out.

It's like no matter what you do, people assuming things, will always misunderstand you, cause what they see on the surface, is hardly ever that simple deep down.

I was thinking one time when I was younger about if I read a note writen in Russian and it’s nothing but negativity I would never know, never feel bad until I found out what the words meant so emotion-getting upset over something isn’t universal it has to mean something and comprehensible to me for something to bother me. 

That point on I saw emotions as my eyes preciving something and telling my brain to send a signal to release a chemical, rewritable if I focus and I for one have noticed I’m acting up less because I can notice when I’m being emotional more and stop it.

Emotions are nothing but hormones it hampers our intelligence by making our brain biased and indecisive towards a specific result, it keeps us in delusion and not take rational decisions. Emotions can be considered as something which blinds our reasoning and make us fall in the Maya of this world.

How much does everyone else do the same thing where I try to see all the spots in self reflections mirror only to realize my own blurry vision is keeping me from seeing clearly? I wonder how others address this. Does it just take time? Are there shortcuts you've found that help sharpen the view?

I think a lot about how much of myself is automatic and how much is  really me.

Whenever I responded to her with kindness she would full on short circuit. That brought me joy.

What’s a compliment you would actually appreciate receiving from an stranger?

Taking accountability isn’t saying “sorry” and then immediately following it up with “but what about what you did?”
That’s deflecting.

Real accountability sounds like:
“I hurt you by doing that. I understand why it made you feel that way, and I’m working on not repeating that behavior.”
No excuses. No deflection. Just owning it.

Just because someone says “sorry” doesn’t mean they’re taking accountability.
Without changed behavior, that “sorry” is just another move in the manipulation game.
Actions speak louder than words, watch what they do, not what they say.
Stay woke and protect your peace.

Some people find it easier to deflect and avoid accountability, because owning up would mean they'd have to change, do the work, and drop the games.
It’s easier to manipulate than to grow. Stay sharp.
