I don't think today's workout was satisfactory. Surely I can squeeze my shoulder blades more than that? Should I try elevating my shoulders more and really lean into range of motion for the entire upper back complex? I'll try this again in 6d or so, I'm just happy I'm back in the gym this morning... read more
