Loving yourself isn't selfishness, it's a necessity. When we learn to take care of our lives and our feelings, we create strong roots to face any storm. Value who you are, respect your limits, and embrace your emotions. Before offering love, remember: you also deserve that care. 💛

Why do people often mistake self-love for selfishness? Is it just coincidence, or is it a lack of understanding?

I also think that stuff that seems so logical to me always falls short just hitting the wall of selfishness and entitlement of people.
