Barney is one of the most memorable characters there is, this he mentions is curious: do people hate lies or do they really hate realizing the lie? I am in favor of the truth above all, although I have to understand why some people choose to maintain a lie to avoid hurting others, which side are… read more

It was my day off and I spent it watching three movies, alone. Started with NEVER AFTER DARK, never heard of it and it's amazing! I highly recommend it's a Japanese horror flick. Took a lunch break, alone, per usual, even got dessert! Then I finally watched HENRY PORTRAIT OF A SERIAL KILLER, it… read more

After reading fantasy novels, I'm craving serial killer novel.

"The mind is a terrific yet horrible thing. One minute we have the mind of a saint the next we have something unholy. No matter how you try to solve the puzzle its always has a messing piece which turns into pieces. A mind of a serial killer is an interesting case, to the public its an everyday man… read more
I used to prefer a crime serial killer genre over this but now I think I'm loving this especially after reading the first novel of the series. It's different with the movie version.

Lately i have been really interested in psychology of serial killers because that is crazy like the only thing that truly make me scared after insidious when she discovered he is possesed, is the interview of Richard Rameraz , evil like truly evil
This documentary was genuinely very good, well put together and has me convinced that the Zodiac Killer was this man. Seemed like a slow burn but it came together at the end. Well worth the watch and highly recommend it to everyone if you're into serial killer stuff.

In one scene, Mr. Hong says: Everyone speaks their own language. So, they don't understand each other, they misunderstand each other, and they hurt each other. If these two languages meet without learning from each other, one feels ignored, the other feels oppressed. In fact... they are both… read more
I simply dont agree with the narrative that most serial killers are antisocial and introverted😌. Because what do you mean a person who would rather use a longer walking route just to avoid having to say hi to anyone or having to do that awkward eye contact plus head nod thing with people passing… read more
Trust me I get weird vibes from certain people on here to I read the energy. Even at glance. Bare preditors out there. If I had my way I'd go crusade mode on these devils. Arm up and be aware, never trust your childrens to be left alone with anyone, unless you are 110% certain.
I started at 65% when I woke up. I'm at 80% now. I can't help but notice the similarities between this and The Butterfly Garden by Dot Hutchison. Both were dealing with serial rapists over decades and across bloodlines. It was hell. Still, a gripping read. I've been reading for days and I can't put… read more

Finally starting Light Bringer 😅. Finished The Serial Killer Support Group earlier today. Lets see, last week I also read: It Could Have Been Her, Lessons in Power, The Ruling Class, Heir of Prophecy, Earthbound, and The Grace of Kings. Heir of Prophecy is my fave read of the week.
So a CO worker of mine says that the only people who drink their coffee black are serial killers. Naturally I found this equal parts funny and ridiculous. She was serious though, lol cant make it a day without a fix of sugar. Anyone give y'all stories or statements about the coffee you drink… read more
Thy my lonely star by how far I come, no matter what I do. I always disappointed you no matter what I do. I’m stuck on a scene in my found footage film where a serial killer is caught on a security camera abducting someone in the street. Any ideas on how to approach it?
Before, I saw as silly the people who were victims of serial killers. However, I see that we are in a reality where it is so difficult for others to be "different," "vulnerable," to have a deep conversation with you that when someone comes along and does that, it is at least intriguing. And a… read more

I watched this for the first time last night. A buddy of mine who likes horror recommended it to me. I am honestly tired of the whole meet the parents or family reunion trope in horror. Started watching Serial Experiment Lain ngl its interesting so far.. 👀

Ghosts want revenge. Demons want souls. Vampires want blood. Even a serial killer has apparently cleared his schedule for you. There is something almost comforting about that kind of horror. The monster cares. Hatred is still a relationship. In In the Dust of This Planet, philosopher Eugene… read more
I've really been trying to expand into some of the other genres, so I've been checking out some more moderns. This series reminds me of Tomorrow, if anyone is familiar with the kdrama but also a smidge of Alice in Borderland. Though the premise is different. Some say I used to look like a serial killer. I was definitely a cereal killer.
