Anyone have a non scummy way to grow

I'm currently at a solid 542 and I love my community but I wanna get to that 1k goal but unfortunately most of the ways to grow feel kinda scummy and grow servers feel so hollow I love making content and growing organically.., basically this is me just venting lol
