What Do You Look for in a Vehicle?

I think something practical like an SUV with sufficient cargo room, funky features that benefit me and the passenger princesses (also me usually) are a necessity. I like hiking on occasion so being able to go to spots where a car may struggle is awesome (rip switchbacks tho).

Mazda cx-30/50 or Subaru Crosstrek

Looking for legimate opinions. I know absolutely nobody who drives Mazda. Want a car based on reliability and size only. Dont care about acceleration, tech, engine, if it'sporty or sleek.
