How to life?

Yesterday I saw I guy training with a two-handed sword in the fields outside my window. I wanted to talk to him soooo much. It was amazing! But #socialAnxiety I didn’t want to disturb him… 😅😥 What would you have done?

At the WV ren faire, I work with the viking shield wall group known as the Misfits. This was a shot of our tournament as I won the semi final, dual weilding swords vs an opponent with a spear. Training weapons, so hard foam over kevlar cores, but still swords. I love my job

I love swordsmanship but it's hard to find combat needs into swords. I have several training swords, particularly my long sword, for practicing forms but I need a challenger.

Shiny elf sword

I will admit that this sword I didn't mean to order is very shiny. I meant to order a high carbon steel falchion but instead I got the Sword of Thranduil made out of stainless steel. They sharpened and mirror polished it and over a year it is this shiny lol

Longsword practice

Practicing in the kitchen because...why not. It is raining and don't want to get the wax holding the hilt wrap to get wet and fall apart. Also can get rusty since metal is carbon steel.
