I have a question for gym lovers ? recently I go for gym to loose weight Not much more 80kg and height is about 6'11". And my target to loose weight about 65 to 70 kgs But after 6 months my weight about 93 kgs gain I don't know how I gain weight I come gym for loosing weight but it rises.
