I have no clue what to do or look for with the new Charm mechanic, is it better to save and wait until later in the game? Or just buy them if they seem beneficial?

Based on my incredibly small sample size, it's either 3 cost reroll or fast 8/9 meta

Zeri / Rengar continue to be broken

It's crazy these two champs are so op. Zeri two rage blades and deathblade and your in for some hurt. Rengar the same Titans Resolve and a Bloodthirster is crazy damage also. (edited)
